House Rules

1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
2. Listening to music in rooms or areas close to them is prohibited.
3. No smoking in closed areas or near the rooms.
4. We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
5. Damage will be charged that the guest may cause during their stay.
6. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
7. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
   

Please read our cancellation policy carefully. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:

• Date changes will be made at least 8 days in advance.
• If the guest cancels less than 8 days in advance, the booking will not be refundable, however if we are able to rebook we will provide a full refund.
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
• Cancellation within 6 weeks for Christmas school holiday period is non refundable, however if we are able to rebook, we will provide a full refund. For all other peak periods, cancellation within 14 days is non refundable unless we are able to rebook, in which case we will provide a full refund.
• In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
• Bookings made via a third party may have different cancellation policies.
